Cancellation of a tour

Musica Sancta reserves the right to cancel a tour at its discretion. If it does so, you will get a full refund of all amounts paid by you to Musica Sancta.

Musica Sancta reserves the right to refuse a booking, at its discretion, without giving a reason. In this case, any amount paid will be refunded.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure includes any event which cannot be foreseen or avoid. Force Majeure examples: industrial dispute, extreme weather conditions, natural disaster, war, terrorist activity, riot, epidemics, health risks, technical problems with transport and cancellation / rescheduling of flights etc.

If there is a Force Majeure event which results a tour or a part of a tour becoming unavailable and no alternative arrangement of similar value is available, Musica Sancta will try to find the best alternative available and may refund you for any savings made, or charge you for any additional costs.

In case of cancelling the tour due to Force Majeure, Musica Sancta will contact all the relevant suppliers (hotel, opera and concert halls...) to cancel the tour and will refund you as much of the tour cost as possible based on the funds that are able to be returned to Musica Sancta from the suppliers.

Itinerary changes

Musica Sancta reserves the right to change the hotel to an alternative 4 stars hotel or change the itinerary. We will inform you of any changes and will do our best to ensure that any change will not harm the tour experience.

Passport, visa

Please note that a valid passport is required for all international travel and it is your responsibility to be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months after the date of your return. You are also responsible for obtaining all necessary visas required for the tour.

Travel insurance

You must have comprehensive travel insurance and provide evidence of such insurance no later than the final payment due date.

Musica Sancta is not responsible for any incidental costs, including but not limited to flight cancellation and travel insurance.

Illness or disability

If you are suffering from any illness or disability, you must fully disclose your condition at the time of booking. Failure to make such a disclosure will result cancelling your tour participation without any refunds.

Local laws

All tour's participants are required to obey the laws / regulations of the countries visited. Failure to do so will relieve MusicaSancta.com of all obligations mentioned in these booking terms and conditions.
